Coaching Cocoon Principle #5.  Find small wins.  Take tiny steps.

Break your desires down into the smallest possible steps.

Then take one.

Any real change requires at least 21 days to become a habit.  Starting with tiny steps will help you to keep going until it becomes a habit and you won’t have to rely on that all elusive will-power.

Start small and get the satisfaction and confidence of knowing that you can achieve your goals, then increase incrementally until you get to where you want to go.
